GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored and operated by 4Korners Jiu-Jitsu Princeton (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older (or have parent/guardian consent if under 18);

  • Book a trial class during the Promotion Period;

  • Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the gym.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period
The giveaway begins on 2026/03/27 and ends on 2026/05/31 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
Participants may enter the giveaway by:

  • Booking a trial class: participants will receive one (1) entry.

  • Enrolling as a member during the Promotion Period: participants will receive a total of two (2) entries.

Limit of two (2) entries per person. Entries are tracked by email address.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

  • A one-year membership at 4Korners Jiu-Jitsu Princeton, valued at approximately $2,500.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within [10 days] after the Promotion Period ends.

The drawing will be conducted using a random selection method. The winner will be notified via phone or email. If the winner does not respond within [X days], an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:

  • Be bound by these Terms & Conditions;

  • Allow Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries;

  • Technical failures of any kind;

  • Any injury or damage resulting from participation or use of the prize.

This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
